Unroasted Cashew Nuts are the edible heart of the cashew — shelled, dried and peeled, simply not roasted and not salted. Ours are steam-processed (never oil-bathed), with shelling and handling managed through controlled production stages and hand-checking used to protect quality. They are not the same as our roasted lines, and not the same as in-shell Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN).
This line is supplied in bulk for wholesale, export, catering, repacking and food manufacturing — vacuum-packed for freshness and transit. Sealed retail packs will follow when retail packaging for this line is ready; until then, ordering is by enquiry.
Lots are graded using international kernel terminology: whole kernels (W240, W320 and other counts), broken kernels, and pieces. Grade, moisture and batch serial are recorded for every lot, so what is on the spec sheet is what is in the carton. In supporting copy you may see them called raw cashews; that always means these unroasted, unsalted edible cashew nuts — never in-shell nuts.

Production runs are logged with serial IDs in our batch-tracking system, from RCN intake through processing to finished stock. Deliveries can be linked to production batch records where batch paperwork is issued.
